Mr. Matcham has over eight years of upstream production operations experience and currently serves as President of Matcham Consulting, an artificial lift consulting company aimed at increasing run-life of artificial lift systems in US land unconventional shale plays. In addition, Mr. Matcham is co-founder and managing partner of Arriba Production Services, a spooling and capillary services company with operations in North Dakota and Texas. Prior to founding Arriba, Mr. Matcham held several leadership roles in engineering and sales for two large oilfield service providers. Mr. Matcham holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. In his spare time, Mr. Matcham enjoys traveling the world and is an avid real estate investor.
